Job summary

Catering is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a 23-bed children's home in the UK. You will oversee overall management, ensure safeguarding and regulatory compliance, and drive positive outcomes for children and young people.

You will inspire your team, maintain high standards, and foster a nurturing environment where young people can thrive. The role requires leadership, strategic planning, and strong communication with families and professionals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Children’s Residential Care.
• Leadership experience in a children’s home.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and Ofsted regulations.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

Are you an experienced Children’s Residential Manager looking for your next challenge?

We are currently recruiting for Registered Managers to lead and develop our welcoming 23 bed children’s homes.

We are also keen to hear from exceptionally strong Deputy Managers who are ready to take the next step into a Registered Manager position.

The Role

As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and outcomes for children and young people. You will lead and inspire your team, maintain regulatory compliance, and create a positive, nurturing environment where young people can thrive.

Key

• Provide strong leadership and day-to-day management of the home.
• Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations and Children’s Homes Regulations.

• Previous experience in a leadership role within a children’s home.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding, Ofsted requirements, and children’s home regulations.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
