Salary £55,000–£65,000 per year, permanent contract, hours 09:00–17:00, Monday to Friday. Appointment subject to safeguarding checks, references, and right-to-work verification in the UK.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in residential childcare.
• Safeguarding knowledge and Ofsted familiarity.
• Ability to lead and supervise staff and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day running of the children's home with a child-centred approach.
• Supervise and develop staff, monitor performance and practice.
• Oversee care plans, risk assessments, safeguarding responses and incident records.
• Coordinate with families, social workers, education and health professionals to review outcomes.
• Maintain quality assurance, inspection readiness and efficient systems.
