Harborough Mews Care Ltd in Northampton is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our children’s residential home. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management, safeguarding, and delivering high-quality care, while developing the staff team and ensuring compliance with Regulations and Ofsted standards.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in children's residential care.
• Management or deputy management experience in a children's home.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and Ofsted requirements.
• Working towards Level 5 Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day operation of the children’s home.
• Maintain safeguarding and child-centred care standards.
• Supervise and develop the staff team.
• Ensure effective care planning, risk assessment and behaviour support.
• Maintain Ofsted readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Responsible Individual, placing authorities and professionals.
• Promote trauma-informed and relationship-based practice.
