Job summary

Appoint Consulting Recruitment Specialists in Grimsby is seeking an experienced Children's Home Manager to lead a residential service for young people with learning disabilities, autism and behavioural needs.

You will oversee the home, ensure high standards of care, safeguarding and regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement within a dedicated team. A Level 5 Diploma or willingness to work toward, driving licence, and 4+ years in a similar role preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar role.
• At least 2 years' experience in a senior or managerial position.
• Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare, Health & Social Care, or willingness to work towards this.
• Full UK driving licence.
