We are seeking a Children's Home Manager to lead a residential care home in Dartford, Kent. In this role, you will work closely with the Responsible Individual (RI) to safely manage a children's residential care service, providing expert support to young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the residential service, ensuring it meets OFSTED standards for care and compliance
• Hold OFSTED registration for the children's home as the Registered Manager
• Oversee the recruitment, management, and development of the staff team, including Deputies, Team Leaders, and Support Workers, working closely with HR
• Ensure the implementation of company policies and procedures in line with OFSTED regulations
• Manage the service's quality assurance processes
• Oversee the service's budget and ensure efficient use of resources
• Work alongside the Senior Management Team (SMT) to drive improvements and achieve positive outcomes for the young people
• Provide on-call support as part of the full-time role (Monday to Friday)

Salary Details:

Requirements:

• Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or equivalent)
• Experience as a Deputy or Registered Manager in a children's residential setting
