Job summary

Purosearch Ltd is recruiting a Supported Living Manager (Ofsted) for a 5-bed children’s home in Bexhill-on-Sea. This permanent, full-time role covers Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with a competitive salary up to £50,000 per year.

You will lead and develop the on-site team, ensure compliance with Ofsted standards, and foster positive outcomes for young people. Benefits include a pension, bonus scheme, and funded Level 5 leadership training.
