HCRG Care Group is seeking compassionate Community Carers to support children with complex medical needs in their homes and community settings across Surrey. You will provide high-quality, personalised care, working with families and clinical teams to promote safety, dignity and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to train new staff in a variety of settings.
• Ability to relate well to children and families.

Responsabilités

• Deliver safe, effective care to children in the community as delegated by the Named Nurse.
• Identify safeguarding concerns and follow appropriate procedures.
• Maintain competencies in clinical skills and emergency procedures.
• Support children's learning, development and wellbeing with families and colleagues.
• Organise day-to-day activities and attend mandatory training and team sessions.
• Complete the HCRG Care Certificate within 3 months (if required).
• Follow infection control and health & safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with children, families and professionals.
• Participate in team meetings and maintain accurate records.

NVQ Level 3 in Health or Social Care

GCSEs in Maths and English
