Job summary

HCRG Care Group is seeking compassionate Community Carers to support children with complex medical needs in their homes and communities across Surrey and surrounding areas.

You will work with families and clinical teams to provide safe, child-centered care, including night shifts and weekend rotations. The role offers learning opportunities and ongoing professional development through The Learning Enterprise.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Health or Social Care or nursery nurse qualification.
• GCSEs in Maths and English.
• British Sign Language Level 1 or Makaton.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective care to children in home and community settings.
• Identify safeguarding concerns and follow procedures.
• Maintain competencies in clinical skills and emergency procedures.
• Support learning, development and wellbeing of children in partnership with families and clinicians.
• Record and monitor child health conditions and respond to changes.
• Attend mandatory training, supervision and team sessions.
