Job summary

Clayton Legal is seeking a Senior Solicitor to join its dedicated Childcare Team in Greater Manchester. This role offers stability and clear progression for an experienced childcare practitioner.

The successful candidate will manage their own varied caseload from instruction through to conclusion, focusing exclusively on Childcare work. A strong background in Childcare Law and advocacy is essential, with regular court attendance expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years PQE in Childcare Law.
• The Law Society's Children Law Accreditation preferred.
• Established Children's Guardian following preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage own varied caseload from instruction through to conclusion.
• Focus exclusively on Childcare work with no Private Family Law involvement.
• Regular attendance at court and advocacy on behalf of clients.
