Job summary

TSR Legal is seeking a Senior Childcare Solicitor to join its specialist Family team in Birmingham. You will handle a varied caseload across public children law and adoption matters, representing both legally aided and privately funded clients.

The role offers opportunities to undertake advocacy, develop client relationships and contribute to the ongoing success of a well-regarded team committed to high-quality outcomes and professional development.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' PQE with strong experience in Children Law.
• Experience handling public law children matters and/or adoption.
• Confident advocacy skills and a good understanding of family court procedures.
• Strong client care and communication skills.
• The ability to manage a busy caseload independently and work effectively to deadlines.
• A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to the wider team.
• Children Law Accreditation would be advantageous.
