Job summary

TSR Legal is seeking an experienced Child Care Solicitor to join its expanding Family Law team in Birmingham. You will manage a varied caseload of Public Law Children matters, including Care Proceedings, representing parents, children and other parties throughout the process.

You will also advocate in court, build strong relationships within the local legal community, and contribute to business development and the growth of the department within a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
• Accreditation as a member of the Law Society's Children Panel.
• Strong experience in Public Law Children and Care Proceedings.
• Confident advocacy in court.
• Experience with publicly funded and Legal Aid matters.
• Proactive approach and interest in business development.

TSR Legal are working with an established and expanding law firm seeking an experienced Child Care Solicitor to play a key role in the continued growth of its Family Law offering. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor who is looking for more than simply their next role. You will have the opportunity to help develop and grow the firm's Public Law Children offering, while benefiting from the support and resources of an established and successful practice.

The Opportunity

You will ideally have:
