TSR Legal are working with a well-established law firm to strengthen its specialist Family team with the appointment of a Senior Childcare Solicitor. This role offers the chance to handle a varied caseload in public children law and adoption, with advocacy opportunities and a supportive team environment.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years PQE in Children Law, strong advocacy and client-care skills, and a collaborative approach.

Qualificações

• 4+ years' PQE in Children Law.
• Experience handling public law children matters and/or adoption.
• Confident advocacy skills and knowledge of family court procedures.
• Strong client care and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently and meet deadlines.
• A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to the wider team.
• Children Law Accreditation would be advantageous.

The successful solicitor will handle a varied caseload covering public children law and adoption matters , acting for both legally aided and privately funded clients. There will also be the opportunity to undertake advocacy and play an active role in developing client relationships and contributing to the continued success of the team.

The ideal candidate will have:
