SaccoMann is seeking an experienced Child Care Solicitor (Panel Accredited) to join our East Midlands team. You will manage a diverse caseload in care proceedings and private child law while delivering exceptional client service.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years PQE, Law Society Children Law Accreditation, and proven public law experience, with strong advocacy and mentoring skills. We offer a competitive salary, bonus scheme, generous holidays, pension, and flexible hybrid working.

About the role

This role involves managing a diverse caseload of complex childcare matters, including:

• Care Proceedings and Supervision Orders
• Special Guardianship Orders
• Private law children’s orders such as Child Arrangements, Prohibited Steps, and Specific Issue Orders

As a Child Care Solicitor and Panel Member, you will provide expert legal advice, advocate in court, and support the team with developing best practice. The position allows you to use your intricate knowledge of public law proceedings, contribute to positive outcomes for children, and support junior colleagues.
