Executive Network Legal Ltd seeks an experienced Childcare Panel Partner to establish and lead its new Coventry presence. You will build a high-performing team, recruit staff, and drive the office’s local growth while managing complex childcare matters.

The role offers genuine leadership, equity/salaried Partner opportunities, and the backing of a national firm to develop a market-leading Childcare practice in Coventry.

Qualifications

• Establish and lead a Childcare Panel practice.
• Demonstrated leadership in a professional services environment.
• Strong advocacy and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and build the new Childcare team in Coventry.
• Recruit solicitors, paralegals and support staff around you.
• Develop the Coventry office and establish a strong local presence.
• Manage a high-quality caseload of complex childcare matters.
• Advise parents, children, local authorities and professionals.
• Handle complex care proceedings and advocacy.
• Develop relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Drive business development and win new opportunities.
• Collaborate with the national Family team to shape the practice.
• Mentor junior lawyers and develop future talent.
• Contribute to the strategic growth of the Coventry operation.
