Clayton Legal is partnering with a firm in Coventry to recruit a Children Panel accredited Child Care Solicitor. The role focuses on launching and growing a new Family Department with autonomy to influence its development, under the support of an established firm.

The successful candidate will lead advocacy in Public Law Children work, help shape strategy, and build a team while benefiting from secretarial, operational, marketing and BD support.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Child Care Solicitor accredited to the Law Society Children Panel.
• Confident in advocacy and experienced in publicly funded Public Law Children work.
• Ambitious and commercially minded with an interest in leading a department.

Responsabilités

I'm working with an established legal firm looking for a Children Panel accredited Child Care Solicitor to help launch and grow a new Family Department from its Coventry office.

You'll have legal secretarial, operational, marketing and business development support, alongside the autonomy to help shape the department's future.
