Qualifications

• Be a qualified Solicitor with NQ–4 PQE experience in Childcare
• Have experience dealing with legal aid funded matters
• Have strong client care and communication skills
• Be commercially aware, organised and able to manage their own caseload
• Demonstrate ambition and a desire to progress their career
• Show initiative and be confident taking ownership of their work
• Be keen to develop their experience and, in time, work towards panel accreditation

Responsibilities

• You will handle a varied caseload of publicly funded childcare matters
• You will develop advocacy, technical knowledge and client management skills while taking on increasing responsibility
