Role: Childcare Lawyer

Location: Bournemouth - Hybrid. Will need to attend the office/court as required (approximately 4 times per month)

The Role of a Childcare Lawyer:

• Manage your own Childcare Law caseloads from start to completion, while assisting others when required
• Deliver advocacy on less complex Childcare Law caseloads
• Offer help and support to team members and others, including training where appropriate

The Person:

• Someone with 1+ years of PQE in Childcare Law, ideally with experience working for a Local Authority on Childcare Law matters
• Someone able to manage their own caseload from start to finish
• Someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable with advocacy
