Job summary

School Friend Clubs in Brighton is seeking caring staff to join our after-school program. The role involves delivering high-quality childcare in a safe, engaging setting and supporting communication between parents, colleagues and schools.

Contracted 16 hours per week during term time; hours 3:00-6:00pm Monday to Friday plus 1 hour for admin/meetings. Salary starts at £13.80 per hour, up to £15.83 including accrued holiday pay.

Qualifications

• Passion for childcare and safety in a group setting.
• Ability to record keeping and information flow with parents and schools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver after-school care from 3:00-6:00pm Monday to Friday.
• Attend 1 hour of admin/meetings per day and support school communications.
• Commit to term-time hours and Monday-to-Friday availability.

Must be committed to working Monday to Friday.

School Friend Clubs are looking for staff that are passionate about childcare, and are able to deliver quality child care and appropriate age-related play in a safe and interesting environment.
