Job summary

KOOSA Kids is seeking a Children's Activity Coordinator in Camberley to lead breakfast, after school and holiday clubs. You will learn operations, manage clubs daily, and work under the Operations Manager to deliver high quality childcare.

Experience with children and full driving licence are essential. The role is office-based with hands-on childcare duties and a bespoke on-the-job training program to meet Ofsted requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Wraparound / Playwork sectors beneficial.
• Full driving licence with own vehicle is essential.
• Ability to engage with children aged 4–13 and deliver high quality childcare.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operational resources, inventories and activity programmes with Ops Manager.
• Directly manage a breakfast, after school and/or holiday club daily.
• Provide a safe, engaging environment and support Ofsted standards.
• Develop understanding of KOOSA Kids policies and procedures.
