Job summary

KOOSA Kids is seeking a Children's Activity Coordinator in Camberley. You will support breakfast, after school and holiday clubs, ensure resources are prepared, and help manage clubs daily under the supervision of the Operations Manager.

The role combines office work with hands-on childcare, requires a full driving licence, and living within 45 minutes of Camberley. Hours are 9:15am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday; a bespoke on-the-job training programme helps you develop Ofsted-compliant practice.

Qualifications

• Experience in Wraparound / Playwork or related childcare settings desirable.
• Full driving licence with access to own vehicle essential.
• Ability to engage and relate to children aged 4–13 years.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Willingness to obtain/maintain enhanced DBS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing operational resources, paperwork, inventories and marketing materials.
• Directly manage a breakfast, after school and holiday club each day.
• Provide a safe, engaging and fun environment for children in your care.
• Develop understanding of Ofsted standards and KOOSA Kids policies and procedures.
