Job summary

KOOSA Kids is seeking an After School Club Supervisor for Marlborough Infant School in Aldershot. You will oversee daily operations, manage sign-in/sign-out, and deliver KOOSA activities to children after school.

We require 2+ years managerial or supervisory experience in childcare, a Level 3 NVQ/Diploma in Childcare or Playwork (beneficial), and a commitment to safeguarding. Full training and progression opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years managerial / supervisory experience in childcare/early years.
• Level 3 NVQ/Diploma in Childcare or Playwork (or equivalent) is beneficial but not essential.
• Experience in Primary School/Pre-School or Nursery, e.g. Teaching Assistant, Early Years Educator or Nursery Manager or Assistant.
• Be reliable and passionate about everything.
• Be able to relate and engage with children aged 4–11.
• Full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of the After School Club at Marlborough Infant School in Aldershot.
• Print daily registers and manage sign in/out with staff and parents.
• Deliver KOOSA Kids activities to children each afternoon.
• Consider children with additional needs and maintain safeguarding awareness.
• Purchase healthy snacks for the club.
• Follow Ofsted and KOOSA Kids policies and report concerns to the safeguarding lead.
