Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to deliver training and coaching to apprentices through current frameworks & new standards, aiming for each learner to successfully achieve end point assessment. You will deliver quality, engaging, and motivational 1-2-1 and group schemes of work to apprentices.
Responsibilities
- Deliver timely full framework apprenticeships including Functional skills (mathematics/English/ICT Levels 1 & 2)
- Set and monitor training targets linking on and off the job training
- Support client programme development as a client liaison
- Adhere to ESFA/CIF/OFSTED/AO requirements
- Manage your diary to ensure all apprentices are seen on a 4-week basis
- Organise and maintain documentation to demonstrate apprentice progress
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner needs
- Prioritise quality and keep the learner at the center of all activities
- Guide learners on future development, including qualifications and career progression
- Attend standardisation & team meetings
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years relevant occupational experience in Residential Child Care or Early Years
- Passion for delivering timely quality provision
- Experience motivating and engaging learners with successful outcomes
- Working towards or holding a A1/CAVA or equivalent qualification
- Working towards or holding a teaching or equivalent qualification
- Desirable: V1/IQA or equivalent qualification
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Drive, determination, and flexibility to meet objectives
- Passion for lifelong learning
- Professionalism in managing relationships
- Team-player attitude with a flexible approach
