Biggleswade Academy (Mead End) is hiring a Childcare Activity Leader to run Breakfast Club and Afterschool Wraparound activities for children aged 2-11. You’ll create a fun, safe environment with age-appropriate games and crafts, and supervise sessions with energy and care.

This role features split shifts (7:30-9:00am and 3:00-6:00pm) with the option to increase hours during Holiday Club seasons. A positive, can-do attitude and love of children are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with children is preferred.
• Energetic and reliable with a positive attitude.
• Able to lead activities and manage a small group.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exciting, age-appropriate activities for children aged 2-11.
• Set up engaging play spaces and keep things safe, clean, and fun.
• Supervise children with care and enthusiasm, ensuring everyone feels welcome and included.
• Prepare snacks and manage sign-in/out with a friendly, attentive approach.
• Work split shifts: 7:30-9:00am and 3:00-6:00pm; potential extra shifts during holidays.
