Job summary

Junior Adventures Group is recruiting a Childcare Activity Leader to run breakfast and after-school clubs in Flitwick. The role involves delivering engaging activities, supervising children aged 4–11, and ensuring a safe, fun environment.

It features split shifts (7:30–9:00 and 3:00–5:30) with potential for extra hours during holiday clubs, and a friendly, energetic team. The position is casual without fixed hours, aligned to breakfast and after-school club hours, offering flexibility for study

Qualifications

Experience or interest in working with children is essential.
Ability to run age-appropriate activities and supervise groups.

Responsibilities

Deliver exciting, age-appropriate activities like multi-sports, arts & crafts, group games, and creative play.
Set up engaging play spaces and keep things safe, clean, and awesome.
Supervise children with care and enthusiasm, ensuring every child feels welcome, safe, and included.
Prepare snacks and manage sign-in/out processes with a friendly face and attention to detail.
Work split shifts: 7:30–9:00am and 3:00–5:30pm, perfect for work-life balance or those seeking part-time fun!
Be a team player who can also take the lead when needed.
