Teaching Personnel is seeking a Learning Support Assistant for a SEN School in Chelmsford. The role focuses on supporting children with learning difficulties in a school setting, building relationships, and enabling progress through structured routines.
You will work with teachers and therapists to support learning, communication, and emotional regulation, while contributing to a calm and supportive classroom environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
