Job summary

Bilton Community Primary School is seeking a hardworking and reliable lunchtime supervisor to join its team. The role covers 7.5 hours per week during term time, with an actual salary of £4,817 per annum.

The successful candidate will supervise pupils, promote positive behaviour, and ensure engaging play activities at lunchtime. The post offers a supportive staff environment, ongoing training, and a bespoke wellbeing offer within term-time only working.

Contract and Salary Details

Grade: 1, Scp 3, £4,817 per annum (actual salary)

Hours: 7.5 per week, term time only

• Encourage good pupil behaviour in accordance with the school’s behaviour policy.
