Southern Hospice Group seeks a dynamic social work leader to head the Child and Family Support Team, delivering specialist psychosocial support to children, young people and families. You will champion the social work perspective across the organisation and shape safeguarding practice.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Children's Services, you will lead service development and collaborate with health, education and statutory partners to safeguard vulnerable families and plan transitions

Qualificações

• Qualified Social Worker with current registration in the UK.
• Experience leading child & family social work teams.
• Strong safeguarding leadership and partnership working skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, supervise and develop the Child and Family Support Team.
• Provide strategic leadership for children's safeguarding across the organisation.
• Manage a complex social work caseload and provide supervision.
• Work with families, health professionals, education providers and statutory bodies.
