Southern Hospice Group in Sussex is seeking a Retail Relief Manager to support a network of shops, inspiring volunteers, delivering outstanding customer service, and maximizing sales of donated and new goods across the area.

You will step into shops to provide management cover when needed, helping create welcoming stores that generate vital income for hospice care and make a difference to local communities.

As a Retail Relief Manager, you'll be at the heart of our retail operation, supporting a number of shops across the area and ensuring they continue to thrive. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll be You'll lead and inspire volunteers, deliver outstanding customer service, maximise sales from donated and new goods, and step confidently into shops to provide management cover when needed. With a passion for retail and people, you'll help create welcoming, successful stores that generate vital income for hospice care, making a genuine difference to the lives of local people and their families.
