Job summary

North London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking two full-time Non-Medical Prescribers to join the Barnet CAMHS Neurodevelopmental Service. You will carry out neurodevelopmental assessments, prescribe ADHD medications, and monitor treatment, working within a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, evidence-based care to children and young people.

Qualifications

• Registered Non-Medical Prescriber with current NMP status.
• Experience in CAMHS or neurodevelopmental care preferred.
• Ability to assess, monitor, and adjust ADHD medications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive NDS assessments for ADHD and related conditions.
• Lead prescribing, titration, and monitoring of ADHD medications.
• Ensure safety monitoring, adverse effects management, and physical health checks.
• Engage with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams to plan care.
• Contribute to risk management and clinical governance within MDT.
