Job summary

Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust in the Northwest invites applications for a Mental Health Practitioner within the CYPMH service across four Boroughs. You will deliver evidence-based, client-centered care to children and young people with mental health difficulties, working within THRIVE framework and under supervision of a mentor.

You will provide interventions, advice and consultation, support colleagues and partner agencies, and contribute to service development and 24-hour rostering where

Qualifications

• Evidence-based, client-centred care for children and young people with mental health problems.
• Ability to provide interventions, advice and supervision to colleagues and partner agencies.
• Experience aligning with THRIVE framework and CYPMH strategy.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of mental health care to service users within inpatient and community settings.
• Offer interventions, guidance and consultancy to teams and external partners.
• Support in planning, assessment, and evaluation of care under supervision and mentor guidance.
