Job summary

You will oversee shifts, provide expert advice and supervision to colleagues and partner agencies, and contribute to service

Responsibilities

• Provide direct specialist therapeutic interventions in line with THRIVE and post grading.
• Carry out risk assessments and develop care plans in line with THRIVE.
• Deliver care coordination with effective assessment, care planning and risk management.
• Offer supervision, advice and consultancy to colleagues and partner agencies.
• Participate in multi-agency meetings and engage families in treatment planning.
• Maintain high standards of clinical practice within specialist knowledge area.
