Job summary

Mersey Care Nhs Foundation Trust is recruiting a mental health practitioner to join Warrington CYPMHS Team. The role involves coordinating care for children and young people, delivering evidence-based therapies, and coordinating with families and external agencies.

The post offers a supportive preceptorship for newly qualified clinicians and flexible working options. The successful candidate will work autonomously and within an MDT, providing safe, person-centred care and safeguarding in line

Qualifications

• Degree and post-registration study completed.
• Evidence of CYPMHS training or equivalent.
• Demonstrate effective communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for CYP, assess and plan treatment within care programme guidelines.
• Develop care plans with service users and families.
• Liaise with carers and other professionals to coordinate care.
• Attend MDT meetings to deliver evidence-based treatments and therapies.
• Promote safeguarding and follow policies at all times.
