Qualifications

• Significant experience in Financial Crime, risk, controls, compliance, governance within a complex financial services organisation.
• Demonstrable experience designing or leading governance forums and producing executive-level reports.
• Knowledge of client risk governance, risk appetite, escalation, and decision-making frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead client risk governance and escalation frameworks.
• Develop and oversee a high-performing governance team with clear accountabilities and service standards.
• Oversee governance and regulatory readiness; produce executive committee reporting and risk insights.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to influence complex risk decisions.
• Represent principal 1LoD governance contact for relevant stakeholders and lead governance transformation.
