Job summary

Keyrock is seeking a Head of Risk to own and develop the firm’s risk function end-to-end. This senior leader will design, implement and enforce a firm-wide risk framework across activities, covering both traditional finance and digital assets.

With oversight of risk across trading, treasury and investments, the role focuses on quantitative risk methodologies, real-time risk aggregation and cross‑asset integration while fostering a strong risk culture to scale the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in quantitative risk management across market, credit and liquidity risk.
• Experience designing and implementing risk models including tail risk and stress testing.
• Proven ability to design or co-design firm-wide risk systems with tech and operations teams.
• Leadership experience translating risk requirements into scalable infrastructure.
• Knowledge of crypto-specific risk in CeFi/DeFi environments and oracle risks.

Responsibilities

• Quantitative risk framework development for market, credit and liquidity risks.
• Co-design and implement firm-wide risk management system with COO/CIO.
• Build integrated risk view across centralized and decentralized venues.
• Define and implement advanced risk metrics (VaR, ES, stress testing).
• Translate traditional risk methodologies to crypto-native markets.
