Job summary

Keyrock is building the Central Data Team to deliver a real-time data platform that powers trading, risk, and research across the firm. You will help shape the data infrastructure, from streaming ingestion to lakehouse storage, enabling fast, reliable decision-making for multiple desks.

As an early CDT member, you will influence architecture, establish standards, and collaborate with product and risk teams while advancing data quality and governance in a forward-looking crypto trading

Qualifications

• 8+ years of building production data systems.

Responsibilities

• Build streaming and batch pipelines ingesting market and portfolio data.
• Create self-serve tooling for data products across teams.
• Own data contracts and schema evolution to avoid multi-team coordination issues.
• Design lakehouse and time-series storage optimized for common queries.
• Develop data governance and quality frameworks including validation and lineage.
• Collaborate across Architecture, Infrastructure, and Platform teams.
• Instrument systems with logs, metrics, and traces from day one.
