You will develop the People Strategy, design organisational structures, and build workforce capability to support a lean, high-performing organisation across regional partners.

You will lead talent, learning, performance and inclusion while navigating political considerations and cross-boundary collaboration to deliver a shared vision for the area.

Formación

• Experience leading HR and organisational development in a complex public-sector environment.
• Ability to design a lean, high-performing organisation and platform model.
• Proven track record of talent, learning, performance and inclusion initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic workforce planning and organisational design.
• Develop the People Strategy, organisational design and workforce capability to enable delivery.
• Collaborate with Councils, partners and stakeholders to build capability and culture.
