Job summary

RJA-Consulting is hiring a Head of SEO & Organic Growth in Manchester with a hybrid working model (3 days in office). You will own the SEO and organic growth strategy, lead a team of SEO and content professionals, and partner with Product, Technology, UX and Performance Marketing to ensure SEO is embedded across the customer journey.

You’ll translate search visibility into customer acquisition, engagement and revenue, shaping standards and governance while aligning with broader business

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering SEO and organic growth strategies in a complex digital environment.
• Strong technical SEO knowledge, including site architecture, Core Web Vitals, page speed, schema, internal linking and indexation.
• Experience translating search visibility and traffic into acquisition, conversion and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the organisation’s SEO and organic growth strategy.
• Increase qualified organic traffic, customer acquisition and revenue.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of SEO and content specialists.
• Set direction across technical, on-page and off-page SEO.
• Build content strategies around customer demand and commercial priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve site architecture, crawlability, indexation and page performance.
• Connect SEO, content, UX and conversion activities to improve traffic quality and value.
• Influence Product and Technology roadmaps to deliver SEO initiatives.
