Job summary

Intec Select seeks a Senior Technology Leader to act as the Technical Authority for modern workplace technologies and cloud solutions. You will guide technology investments, set architectural standards and lead across Azure, M365, Entra ID, and Intune with hybrid and private cloud expertise.

You will shape the technology roadmap, governance, and secure, resilient architecture while mentoring architects and engaging with customers to drive digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Senior technology leader with governance across architecture, cloud, infrastructure and Modern Workplace solutions.
• Experience defining technology strategy, roadmap and architectural standards.
• Hands-on Azure public cloud, private cloud and hybrid infrastructure is essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior Technical Authority, providing governance across architecture, cloud, infrastructure and Modern Workplace solutions.
• Define and evolve the overall technology strategy, technical roadmap and architectural standards.
• Lead the technical direction across Azure public cloud, private cloud, hybrid infrastructure and datacentre services.
• Provide strategic oversight of the Microsoft technology estate including Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
• Shape the organisation's Modern Workplace strategy, covering identity, endpoint management, collaboration, virtual desktop and secure access.
• Define standards and reference architectures across cloud migration, modernisation, virtualisation, networking, resilience and security.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities across Cloud, AI, Copilot, automation and digital transformation.
• Ensure technical solutions follow secure-by-design and Zero Trust principles.
• Work closely with senior leadership, customers and commercial teams to ensure technology decisions support long-term business and customer objectives.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring and direction to technical managers, architects and subject matter experts.
• Support strategic customer engagements, complex solution design, proposals and technical presentations.
