Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Digital Workplace Manager to lead modern workplace transformations with a focus on M365, AI-enabled solutions, and secure identity management. You will guide technical and advisory work across onshore/offshore teams while partnering with stakeholders to deliver tangible productivity gains.

This role emphasizes innovation, governance, and delivering value through collaboration, analytics, and change management in a dynamic client environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Digital Workplace offerings including Agentic AI and Gen-AI, collaboration and workplace modernisation.
• Strong technical skills in one or more Digital Workplace offerings.
• Advisory knowledge to share with clients to optimise Digital Workplace technologies.
• Familiarity with current digital workplace trends, e.g. cloud journeys, productivity solutions and tools, employee experience and Generative AI.
• Understanding of project governance, project plans, implementation activities and transformation approaches.
• Ambitious, digitally minded, and able to combine technical understanding with business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice relevant to Digital Workplace solutions, such as M365 stacks, DEX tooling, Agentic AI & Gen-AI solutions.
• Deliver workplace transformations leveraging collaboration tools, automation, mobility and analytics.
• Support development of Digital Workplace capabilities as a SME in areas such as digital Identity and security, remote and automated deployments, Workforce and Culture, and Change Management.
• Manage aspects of diverse project teams, including onshore/offshore personnel, 3rd parties and customer resources.
• Develop client facing assets based on technical expertise.
• Support and contribute to RFP and business case development, offering positioning, technical solutioning and awareness campaigns.
• Develop presentations which resonate with senior stakeholders.
• Perform project management activities.
