We’re looking for a dynamic, hands-on Chief Marketing Officer to join a fast-growing and ambitious financial services group based in London. This is a unique opportunity to be the first marketing hire, taking full ownership of all marketing functions across a portfolio of global fintech brands.

This is not a role for someone who wants to manage from a distance — we need a CMO who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, build from the ground up, and make an immediate impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead and execute the marketing vision, strategy, and roadmap across multiple B2B and B2C fintech brands
Own all marketing operations, including brand development, performance marketing, digital campaigns, content strategy, and web presence
Develop and manage marketing budgets — making smart, strategic decisions on how and where to invest for maximum ROI
Partner with senior leadership to align marketing with commercial goals, go-to-market strategies, and global expansion plans
Work across time zones and cultures, with a keen eye on opportunities and regulatory nuances in North America, Canada, the UK, and Europe
Build and scale the marketing function — including hiring, agency relationships, and tech stack decisions — from scratch

What We’re Looking For:

Proven CMO or Head of Marketing experience in fintech sectors such as FX trading, payments, crypto, or digital banking
A strong track record of hands-on execution — you’ve built brands, launched websites, and delivered high-performing campaigns
Experience managing and growing multiple brands across different geographies
Commercially-minded — you think in terms of impact, growth, and ROI
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where adaptability is key
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute end-to-end, from big-picture vision to daily deliverables
Based in or willing to relocate to London - hybrid working ie 2 days per week in office
