Responsibilities
Own and execute our full go to market strategy
Build and lead a marketing team across performance, content, retention, and influencer
Engineer an influencer machine that can scale to 100,000 creators
Make Layers the default resale brand for not just Gen Z, but beyond
Optimize CAC, LTV, conversion, and virality with surgical precision
Craft our brand voice and visual language with cultural fluency and taste
