Job summary

Loveday & Co is seeking a Head of Operations to direct all non-clinical functions across the residence, ensuring luxury five-star hospitality, impeccable presentation and rigorous governance.

You will lead Heads of Department, monitor KPIs, drive efficiency, manage budgets and champion guest experience from arrival to departure, while coordinating with clinical leadership to support care standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior operational leadership experience in luxury hospitality or high-touch environments.
• Strong knowledge of service standards, health and safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to lead multiple departments and manage budgets and payroll.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to non-clinical Heads of Department with clear standards and KPIs.
• Maintain a highly visible leadership presence across the residence, ensuring world-class guest experiences.
• Oversee dining, housekeeping, lifestyle, maintenance, front-of-house and events.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to align hospitality with care requirements.
• Drive operational performance and financial management to achieve 5-star ratings.
