COREcruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for a luxury care home in London. This hands-on leadership role oversees the full guest journey across Front of House, Food & Beverage, Kitchen and Housekeeping to maintain exceptional service standards.

You will lead and develop a high-performing team, ensure seamless operations, and work with senior leadership to achieve commercial goals while upholding top hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Operations Manager or senior hospitality leader.
• Strong background in luxury hotels, private members clubs or high-end hospitality.
• Experience overseeing both Front of House and Back of House operations.
• Must have kitchen management experience.
• Excellent understanding of F&B, service and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across F&B, Front of House, Kitchen and Housekeeping.
• Drive exceptional guest experience and luxury service standards.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team.
• Oversee both front and back of house operations, ensuring strong communication between departments.
• Manage staffing, service delivery, standards and operational performance.
• Drive continuous improvement across the operation.
• Work closely with senior leadership to deliver commercial and operational objectives.
• Ensure excellent compliance, hygiene, health & safety and operational standards.
