Ethical Workforce is seeking an exceptional Head of Operations to lead the day-to-day running of a luxury environment. You will drive service standards, hospitality and resident experience while managing teams and partnerships.

The role demands a hands-on leader with a track record in luxury hotels or private clubs, superb attention to detail, and a passion for delivering memorable experiences to guests and clients.

Salary £84,000 per annum, mostly Monday to Friday, London-based.

We are looking for an exceptional Head of Operations to join our Client and play a key role in delivering an outstanding experience within a high-quality, luxury environment.

Salary - £84000 per annum

This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished hospitality professional who understands that exceptional service is about far more than operational efficiency. The Role:

As Head of Operations, you will be responsible for the smooth and effective day‑to‑day operation of the organisation, ensuring consistently high standards across service, hospitality, facilities, people and resident/client experience.

Working closely with senior management, you will lead teams, improve operational standards and create an environment where both residents/clients and employees feel genuinely valued.
