Loveday & Co. is seeking a Head of Operations to lead non-clinical functions across a luxury residence in Greater London. The role requires visible leadership, a focus on exceptional hospitality, and the coordination of dining, housekeeping, lifestyle, events and facilities.

The Head of Operations will drive standards, performance and a culture of commercial awareness, ensuring a world-class member experience while aligning with care-home regulatory expectations.

Competenze

• Significant senior operational leadership experience in luxury hospitality or premium residential services.
• Experience managing multiple Heads of Department.
• Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality and service standards.
• Commercial and financial acumen with payroll and budgeting experience.
• Understanding of facilities, maintenance, health and safety requirements.
• Experience in food & beverage operations within a high-end setting.
• Excellent people leadership and coaching capability.
• Ability to balance exceptional service with operational efficiency.

• Provide leadership to non-clinical Heads of Department and set clear standards and KPIs.
• Lead daily operations meetings and ensure cross-department coordination.
• Maintain a visible presence and oversee guest experience across residence areas.
