You will oversee complex policy and system changes, develop the NI IT system and build strong relationships across the Division and Treasury.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic leadership within a public sector or large organization.
• Strong governance, risk and compliance awareness in policy areas.
• Ability to translate complex policy into practical operational improvements.
