AWD online is seeking an Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Anti-Racism Lead to turn ambitious commitments into practical organisational change within a purpose-led mental health charity. You will coordinate PCREF and EDI action plans, strengthen employee voice and support inclusive policy, learning and workforce practice.

The role works with senior leaders and external specialists, using insight and constructive challenge to embed equity and anti-racism across culture and decision-making.

Competenze

• Experience leading or coordinating organisational initiatives with project planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Experience supporting employee networks or culture-change activity and reviewing policies or systems.
• Strong facilitation, communication and relationship-building across organisational levels.
• Knowledge of EDI and anti-racism principles and equality legislation.
• Understanding of confidentiality and psychological safety when handling sensitive information.
• Proficiency in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel with professional judgement.
