Job summary

Ocean Infinity is seeking a Senior HSEQ Director to lead the enterprise health, safety, environment and quality agenda across the company. You will anchor the IMS governance within the Robotics Business Unit and drive risk-based decision making.

You will shape the HSEQ function, build capability, and ensure compliance with ISO standards across multiple jurisdictions while balancing cost, risk and pace in a high-growth maritime tech environment.

Qualifications

• Senior HSEQ leader with a track record of shaping operating model, assurance and capability outcomes.
• Experience designing and embedding integrated HSEQ frameworks, with strong technical grounding across IMS, ISO certification, enterprise assurance and governance.
• Strong commercial judgement, with experience balancing cost, risk and operational pace in a high-growth or evolving business.

Responsibilities

• Set the enterprise HSEQ framework and direction.
• Own the Integrated Management System and assurance posture across Ocean Infinity.
• Enable safe, defensible decisions across the asset lifecycle.
• Lead external and statutory confidence with regulators and clients.
