Job summary

Grant Thornton UK LLP is seeking a Head of Commercial Growth Services to lead six teams and turn growth strategy into a joined‑up commercial engine. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will shape strategy, performance metrics and an inclusive culture across Client Acceleration Services and the wider business.

This role combines commercial rigour with a digital-first mindset, leveraging data, automation and AI.

Qualifications

• Track record leading senior leaders and shaping operating models.
• Credibility with Partners and executive stakeholders in a partnership model.
• Strong commercial acumen with budget ownership.
• Experience leading change and adopting CRM; data-driven decisions.
• Experience applying AI or automation in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the Commercial Growth Services strategy, operating model and annual plan.
• Lead Heads who run the function’s teams, and build an inclusive culture.
• Ensure end-to-end pipeline visibility from brand to wins.
• Drive a digital-first approach with AI, automation and data by default.
• Own the budget, cost base and ROI, reporting on performance.
