Job summary

Countrystyle Recycling Limited seeks a strategic leader to oversee workshop operations across all sites, driving fleet maintenance, safety and regulatory compliance. You will lead Workshop Managers and technicians, shaping a high-performing engineering culture and cost-efficient operations.

You will own governance, standards, and reporting, ensuring PEM compliance, audits, and proactive risk management while collaborating with the Operations team to optimise throughput and vehicle availability.

Qualifications

• Senior-level leadership experience across multiple workshop sites.
• Strong strategic and operational planning capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven track record in fleet workshop governance and compliance.
• Experience with DVSA/O-Licence and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for all Countrystyle workshop operations across sites.
• Act as senior authority on fleet engineering, compliance and governance.
• Develop and implement workshop policies, standards and procedures.
• Report KPIs, risk and performance to the Operations Director/CEO.
• Lead Workshop Managers and senior technicians; drive safety and continuous improvement.
